Massage & Matwork Combo (60min)
Service Description
A full body approach, releasing tension through a customized massage treatment, followed by a 30 minute Pilates Matwork session personalized to your goals, strengthening weakened muscles. After a Postural assessment, we'll create a treatment plan to assist you to reaching longer lasting relief with reduced discomfort to help you perform work and life tasks better Please wear comfortable clothing for this service to perform exercises and stretching exercises. We recommend workout attire Approx 30mins Massage, 30mins Matwork Allow 60 minutes for this service
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations and changes to your appointment can be made 24 hours prior to your appointment time. Changes within 24 hours of your appointment may result in charges. No shows will be charged 100% of the booking fee. Changes made within 24hours of the appointment will be charged 50% of the booking fee.
