Cancellation Policy

Cancellations and changes to your appointment can be made 24 hours prior to your appointment time. Changes within 24 hours of your appointment may result in charges. No shows will be charged 100% of the booking fee. Changes made within 24hours of the appointment will be charged 50% of the booking fee.
